Here's an update. Took vehicle into Ram Dealer. They ran diagnostics ($185) and determined the radio had lost its ICCID and can no longer read location. Recommend replacing radio and retesting ($1192.50).
I have a 2019 2500 with a 12 in screen that just went crazy. My navigation map shows my location about 20 miles from where I am. It does track my driving but in the wrong location. At the same time the XM channels above 500 could be seen but not able to play. When I selected one of the channels...
Gyoung360 here... since my posting on this code, which the dealer cleared by replacing my NAPA air filter with "they're " official air filter, this code has not reappeared.
Reviewing threads related to P0299 code since I just had a similar code on my 2019 2500 RAM (26K miles). Had a schedule dealer apt so asked them to check this code (note check engine light had come on and went off after running diagnostics, but found the code had came on / off several time...

Thanks.. I have 1.5 inches difference without anything in the bed.
The odd things about seeing this difference, I do not see it when parked on level pavement but it shows up when I'm parked in my driveway, which has a slope front to back.
Does anyone know how the 2019 Ram air suspension works to maintain bed height? The reason I ask, I had an airbag blow (replaced under warranty) and since this occurred, I'm seeing a height difference (measuring from ground to wheel well) at the left and right rear sides. The measurements are...
Thanks for the reply... The dealer indicated it would be covered under warranty :)..
Since the Owners Manual mentions nothing about "proper" hookup and disconnect, I dug around trailer forums and Ram Forums and found a number of different scenarios.
1. Leave the truck running so the auto...
I have a 2019 2500 Laramie with Auto Level Rear Air Suspension (5900 miles). Last weekend I hooked up my travel trailer (Grand Design 315RLTS - 38 ft and 1065 lb tongue wt) using a Blue OX hitch with load distribution bars. I have done this numerous times before but this time it was , should I...
I use the bed lowering mode to hook up my 39 ft travel trailer. Once lowered, should I turn off the vehicle to disengage the load leveling when hooking up my load stabilizing bars? The reason, when I connect the load stabilizing bars, I use the trailer jack to remove the weight on the bars so I...
So wanted to circle back on this post since the dealership resolve. It appears there was a leak at the DEF pump, which they replaced.. When the issue was not resolved, they discovered DEF fluid (which is very corrosive) damaged the wiring harness to the DEF pump and this also had to be replaced...
Thanks.. I
ll search around. It's strange, I have drove it several times and the gauge goes up to 100% and then after ~2 miles, it drops back to 0%. I'm thinking I have to lower/use some of the DEF before the sensor is able to register the DEF level. Live in the Portland OR area so freezing was...
