Uconnect 4 no nav

I have a 2021 ram 2500 it came with the 5 inch non nav unit. I purchased a used module and 12 inch screen w/nav. Ive tried multiple antennas and no luck getting the Nav or compass to work. The compass gives a heading but it's always wrong, and the nav never shows me on the right road.

I updated the software about 2months to what ever the lastest was at that time. Is there something I am missing or did I just purchase a bad unit. It also says there is no sat signal even though I added a sat antenna as well

I would think you have to tell the truck that in now has the 12" screen via AlphaOBD? or some other tool?

It's not a settings in the BCM as far as I can tell. The only setting change is related to the AC.
