2022 2500 Ram TPMs relearn

Looking at a fix to relearn my TPMs sensors first time having issues after owning the truck 2yrs says it’s to reset itself but still nothing after a week of driving. Dealership wants an arm to flash and there should be a fix for us consumers
All sensors are out after switching tires from winters

Doesn’t link up with the computer no issue last year when I swapped the tires
Costco tried to flash it shows the sensors are all ready but won’t accept the learn
