Battery Saver Mode

I have a Ram 1500 2015: my dash reads Battery Saver Mode, then my radio shuts down, My Auto shop can't find out why either

How old are the batteries?

I just bought it a week ago used not sure on the age, I was told it could be IBS sensor?

You could try putting it on a trickle charger overnight, maybe the batteries just low.

I’d that doesn’t help, batteries are far more prone to failure than the IBS sensor. If they don’t look new I’d replace them.
