I understand Calif. But Mississippi?
That's a hard one to understand.
That's a hard one to understand.
My truck was purchased in NC. I guess it must have been a Mississippi truck first. How stupid.OK, so I looked in the users manual tonight.
Sure enough, Calif and Mississippi do not allow the lights to work.
So now to figure out what I need to change with the alpha obd to make it work.
jimmy007 help
Mine behaves the same as yours. Mirror lights and cargo light turn off, but the bed lights stay on.So I took my bed cover off yesterday in preps to go pick up a new stove after work.
This morning as I got ready to leave the house, I turned on the reverse lights/bed lights. They worked and all came on.
When I put the truck in drive, the mirror reverse lights went out along with the cargo light up in the 3rd brake light.
However, I noticed that the bed LED lights DID NOT go out. I tried it again at work and same thing.
Can anyone that has the lights and NOT a Calif or Miss truck, confirm if their LED bed lights stay on when in drive or go out?
Wondering if I missed a setting in the BCM.
OK, thought you did.Sorry I don’t have alpha OBD
My Colorado truck behaves the same as yours and has done so since day one.One thing Ive noticed since I changed the setting with AlphaOBD is that now when I turn on the auxiliary lights, then put the truck in drive, the reverse lights go off, but the bed lights stay on.
For those with a non Calif or Miss truck, do your bed lights go off or stay on?
Super strange. My, also Colorado truck, the CHMSL bed lights turn off in drive.Bed lights stay on in Drive if the button is pressed.
Colorado truck.
