Love the blue as well, but in the Vegas heat, I needed a light color. My 04.5 was silver as well, and fell in love with that color. My first 2500 5.9 gasser, was the first of the second gens (94) and was in red, but I don't think the 3rd and 4th Gen's look as good in the color red.

Here's mine. So far this is my #1 truck I've ever owned of about 5. Had Vision wheels installed-they have 18+ offset which in my opinion gives it just enough of an aggressive look. Tires are LT Cooper Discoverer all terrains factory size (275 70 18) Got the tires for $140/each on walmart.com seemed like a great deal.
Next I want to find a bumper LED bar bracket as I don't have fog lights- any recommendations please let me know. IMG_20200419_185335182.jpgIMG_20200419_184656989.jpg

Ready to tow with no where to go! Hopefully taking a trip with toy hauler in two weeks finally

Just hit 2500 miles and really happy so far! Sometimes I wonder if I should have gotten the 2020 Powerstroke and then I get in my buddy's F150 and am so glad I have my Ram interior. The Cummins isn't as fast but I now understand why people like them so much.

I battle that decision all the time. I went drove a new 2020 Platinum power stroke and fell in love with how it drives, love that 10-speed shifting, but the interior for that price point always makes me think twice. When I had my 2018 F-350, that annoying Ford chime was constantly going off when I had the trailer plugged in. I lost my trailer lights and brakes so many times for whatever reason, it brought me back to a Ram where everything works great in that area. I think the 68rfe is a dinosaur though. Time for new transmissions in these trucks and a 5th gen cab!

Just watched an RV channel on YouTube and they had multiple issues with their F250 losing the trailer connection as well. Truth be told, I didn't even test drive a 2020 F250 because the prices were 5k+ more than the Ram and there were almost none on the lot, especially how I wanted it configured. I did test drive some 2019's though and they felt much faster and better shifting than the Ram.

If Ram does switch to the 5th gen cab, 8 or 9 spd tranny and goes to one Cummins 400hp/1000tq for all trucks thats going to be a killer package. Going to be hard not to trade in the '19 when they come out.

New to the club. We have a couple 5500's for work pulling trucks and a 3500 (all flatbed rigs). I decided to upgrade my daily from a GMC Sierra 1500 to a new Ram 2500.
I went ahead and put a 2.5" level on the front and changed the factory Firestones out for the set of Toyo Open Country AT2 (34") that I had been running on the GMC. I plan on stepping up to 35" tires when these need to be replaced. I have ordered step bars for it, but maybe I should have waited a minute until I looked through this forum. Can't wait to use it next duck season!20200422_193710.jpg

Very nice looking truck! What's the level kit? I am looking at leveling and 35's here soon also.

Just brought mine home. Was dead set to get an F250 with the 7.3 but once I drove this I changed my mind. Might not have quite the power of the 7.3 but saved $10k+. I also dislike with Ford you had to choose a 3.55 or 4.30 rear end, got the 3.73 on this as 1/2 my miles are highway not towing. The interior and ride of the Ram is light years ahead of Ford.

Just bought this beauty Wednesday! First HD/2500 truck I’ve ever owned. I love it! Doubt I’ll ever go back!
2019 2500 Tradesman 6.4/3.73. Came gooseneck/fifth wheel ready. Still in my “break-in” period. But so far. I love this truck. Averaging 16mpgs town and backroads. Also took advantage of the 0% financing going on currently! Was very hard to turn down.
